Disability Action Advocates

Who We Are

For more than 17 years, Disability Action Advocates has fought and helped obtain disability benefits for thousands upon thousands of individuals with mental and/or physical disabilities that prevent them from working a full time job.

At DAA, we have a team of specialists that guide your claim through the complicated process. We will take your case at the initial application process, or if you have been denied, we will step in and continue with your claim through to the end. If necessary, attorney John C. Boyden will take your case to a disability hearing before an Administrative Law Judge. You will meet Mr. Boyden and you will be prepared for the hearing, so you will know what to expect. We will even take your case to Federal Court in appropriate circumstances. The bottom line is that DAA will fight for you every step of the way as we have done for years. If your case does not resolve successfully, DAA will not charge you a fee.

At DAA, you DO NOT need a doctor's note that says you are disabled before we will take your claim. We discuss your case with you, and will analyze your physical and/or mental illnesses to decide if you have a claim. All you have to do is call. And that call is FREE. Please don't wait to see if you qualify for your benefits. Call or fax the intake sheet on this website with the information requested, and an experienced attorney will contact you and discuss your claim.

Giving Back to Our Community

At Disability Action Advocates (DAA), we believe in compassion that extends beyond our job description. Caring for people is more than simply securing favorable case results; it’s about the people themselves. This is just one of the reasons why DAA is proud to be involved in a variety of community events that enrich the lives of the people of Las Vegas. One way we give back to the community is by attending Project Homeless Connect every year. This event allows us to provide our legal services to the homeless community. At this particular event, we assist dozens of homeless individuals in filing their SSI/SSDI applications. DAA is also proud to work with HELP of Southern Nevada. This organization responds to the needs of the community with a number of different programs, such as the annual Thanksgiving food drive which our firm was a part of.
