Jessica Watson

Jessica Watson is the co-owner and operator of Disability Action Advocates. Alongside her husband, Todd Watson, she handles the myriad details of managing the office and ensuring that the team remains on the cutting-edge of Social Security Disability law. Prior to owning the office, Jessica worked every position in the company, bringing an impressive and varied background in sales, marketing, negotiations, and business management. Her experience at the office has given her the ability to effectively represent clients in the niche area of disability law.

Jessica was born and raised in Nevada and has a great love for the state. She has lived in both Las Vegas and Reno and is passionate about giving back to Nevadans in need. She is also driven by a desire to help her clients obtain the disability benefits they deserve, even when everyone else is telling them “no.” When representing individuals in Social Security Disability cases, she draws on her past experience as an Accredited Disability Representative, as well as her current experience as the owner of Disability Action Advocates, to provide powerful, effective representation.

In addition to her legal practice, Jessica is a strong advocate for her local community. She has served as a court-appointed special advocate (CASA), advocating for disadvantaged children in the foster care system. As a CASA, she served as their voice when they did not have one. Jessica has been recognized by the United States Senate, as well as the governor of Nevada, for her dedication and services to the community.

Ms. Watson may have started her legal career in Nevada, but her heart now belongs to Texas. She has completely settled into the state and considers it home. She is devoted to all her clients. 

In her spare time, Jessica is a devoted wife and mother. She loves to travel and spend time with her family.
